    On September 12, 2025, FEDCO celebrated a major milestone with the opening of its state-of-the-art Innovation Center, reflecting 28 years of the company's lagacy of innovation in pumps and energy recovery devices, reinforcing its commitment to revolutionizing the future of reverse osmosis (RO) desalination.

    The 20,000+ square-foot facility serves as a hub for innovation, product demonstrations, and technical collaboration, showcasing  FEDCO’s complete portfolio of pumps, energy recovery solutions, and system optimization technologies through interactive, hands-on product demonstrations and real-world performance applications.

    Construction began in 2024 with a clear vision: to create a dedicated environment where transformative ideas can take shape, technical talent can thrive, and collaboration can fuel long-term growth. To celebrate the facility's completion, FEDCO hosted an Open House on September 12, 2025. The event was preceded by a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by owner Eli Oklejas, Monroe Mayor Robert Clark, city officials, and FEDCO employees. Designed to support innovation, learning, and collaboration, the facility features two large conference rooms, a dedicated training room, and flexible workspaces for associates, customers, and industry partners. It also includes a workshop area showcasing FEDCO equipment through product displays, production activities, and test operations.

    The open, two-story space combines modern architectural elements, contemporary furnishings, and FEDCO’s signature blue and green colors. A dramatic feature wall showcasing the Innovation Center identity serves as the focal point, as well as a pillar made from the bowls of the MSD Series pump.

    The boardroom is a modern, sophisticated meeting space designed to encourage collaboration, creativity, and global connection. A wooden world map serves as the focal point, reflecting FEDCO’s global presence and international partnerships.

    Mural artists Dom LaPorte and Anais of Drift Mural Co. were commissioned to paint an abstract mural as the backdrop for the history& innovation wall. The wall is a 3D visual representation of FEDCO's history and innovation over the last three (3) decades.
