Standard Configuration

Most RO systems use one or more trains consisting of a HP pump, the membrane array and an ERD.
Three Center

Several mega-RO systems use a centralized arrangement HP pumps, membrane arrays and ERDs (typically isobaric charmbers). FEDCO has simplified and refined the concept by applying its HPBs in a unique configuration resulting in reduced capital costs, greater hydraulic range, improved permeate TDS and the potential for reduced energy consumption.
Hybrid Centralization

FEDCO has developed an equipment configuration that combines the best trains of the standard and the three center configurations. The resulting design is ideal for mega-RO plants that need to add or shed capacity dynamically with zero disruption to operating trains.
