Maximum performance requires customized hydraulic designs that bring the best efficiency point of our products in harmony with the customer's duty point. Proprietary software packages developed by FEDCO integrated with computer numerical control (CNC) machines achieves this objective with delivery times faster than other manufacturers can deliver off-the-shelf units.

Customer data on flows and pressures are converted into customized flow geometry which in turn is used to generate CNC machining programs that are downloaded to production machines. The process is fully automatic and essentially paperless. Potential for human error is virtually eliminated.

Quality and accuracy is assured throughout the manufacturing process using calibrated instruments and gauging fixtures. QC data is periodically reviewed and improvements made throughout the manufacturing process. CNC machines are networked, all files are backed up periodically and all production programs are documented.
